Lofind is a website service platform by Lofti Technologies that lets you rent a professionally designed website template, which we customize and host for you on our subdomain e.g. yourbusiness.lofind.com. We manage everything — setup, hosting, updates — while you focus on running your business.

Simple:

1. Choose a template from our shop.

2. Fill out our setup form with your content.

3. Pay a one-time setup fee.

4. We build and launch your site within 14–16 days.

You’ll then receive monthly invoices to keep your website live and listed in our directory.

Most websites are completed and launched within 14–16 days from the day we receive all required content and payment.
Websites that include payment gateways or third-party integrations (like LMS platforms or booking tools) may take longer, depending on complexity and responsiveness from third-party services.

Once you’ve selected a template, we’ll ask for:

• Your business name and contact details

• Branding assets (logo, colors, fonts)

• Written content and images for each page

• Any social media or external links

• Portfolio, product info, or services list (if applicable)

• Payment gateway details (if applicable)

Your project will be placed on hold until we receive all required materials. We’ll notify you if anything is missing, but we cannot proceed without full input from your side.

Yes — but you won’t have backend access. You can request updates via support, and we’ll make them for you.
The Standard and Premium plans include occasional edits at no extra charge.

Your subscription is due on the 1st of every month. We send a reminder 7 days in advance. If you don’t pay within 5 days of the 1st, your site will be suspended for up to 2 months. After 3 consecutive months of non-payment, your site will be permanently deleted.

Yes! Our Premium clients can use their own domain on our servers. If you’d like full ownership and control of your site, you can buy it out at a gradually decreasing cost. See our [Service Agreement] for full terms.

No. Lofind websites are fully managed by our team. You don’t have to worry about updates, maintenance, or troubleshooting — we handle it all for you.

Yes, all Lofind clients are featured in our Business Directory to help new customers discover your services. If you ever upgrade to your own domain or buy out your site, we’ll remove Lofind branding from your website but may continue to showcase your site in our portfolio.

Nope! That’s the best part — Lofind includes hosting and security. Your website will live on a subdomain like yourbusiness.lofind.com.
If you prefer using your own domain, that option is available for premium clients.

You can cancel at any time. Your site will remain live until the end of your current billing cycle. If you choose not to renew, your website will be suspended, and eventually removed after 3 months of inactivity.

Template switches are possible, but they’ll require a new customization and setup fee, since the content needs to be adjusted to fit a new layout. Reach out via our Help Center if you’d like to request a switch.
